Yes it is desire for those skinny people to become some what fat but for the people whose weight is more than their age and height. Ya its non other than Fats that goes on making its size larger inside your body and make you Fat. There are a lot of people in this world who are fat and are looking for the solution that can make them loose their fatty weight. So we have tried to gather some of the main solutions or say tips that definately helps you to lose your weight if implemented.

Drink Water or Juice :- Yes Water is one of the major to any living organism. As our body cann't survive without water and drinking water regularly halps men to be fit and healthy. As inside our body their is the formation of acid which is neutralised by the water that we drink so Drinking Water or Juicy Things really helps on loosing weight and maintaining fit.

Avoid Tea, Coffee and Junk Foods :- As Tea and Coffee are about 600 times more acidic than water so its has negative effect to your body and helps in formation of FAT to make you Fatty. Also avoid junk foods and better to prefer Fruits instead of them so it helps you loosing weight slowly.

Exercise :- As doing exercise is one of the secrete of healthy people. It is better if you walk 30-60 minute a day in the morning every day. This defenately helps in decreasing your body weight and FAT.
Avoid Pills :- If your weight increased naturally then let it decrease naturally so that your body will not be effected by unwanted pills resulting side effects.

Seat to Eat :- Yes a lot of people stays in front of TV watching programs and eating. Their mind and eyes remains on TV So they cant get how much they ate up. So more food means more Carbohydrates so you will defenately get Fatter STOP IT.

Kiss Tongue to Tongue :- Yes this is one of Tongue job that helps to burn more calories per minute. So a passionate, tongue tangling kiss is very beneficial for loosing weight.

Yoga :- Why not you do yoga ? There are lot of Pranayams that can help you loosing weight as well doing yoga keeps man healthy .. :)
